Registration Fee for the 2023-24 School Year:

For all grades Pre-K through 8th (per student):

Application Fee $50.00 per child for new families.

Registration Fee $300.00 per child for new families.

$250 per child for returning families

*Note: It must be paid in full at the time of registration. ($300 and $350, respectively, if paid after the due date). This fee is non-refundable AND non-deductible.

In-Parish Tuition Qualifications

  • The family is registered as members of St. Frances Cabrini Parish.
  • The family has a Sacrificial Giving Pledge Card on file at their parish office and contributes regularly to the Sunday collection.
  • Sunday Mass attendance is part of the family’s life.

Out-of-Parish Tuition Qualifications

  • The family is registered as members and active in any Catholic Parish.
  • The family has a Sacrificial Giving Pledge Card on file at their parish office and contributes regularly to the Sunday collection.
  • Sunday Mass attendance is part of the family’s life.

* The real cost of educating one child at St. Frances Cabrini in 2022-2023 is $10,932! Thanks to parish subsidies, volunteers, fundraising, and grants, we were able to offer these rates to all families.

Tuition Payment Options:

  • Pay directly to the school in full by August 15th.
  • Pay directly to the school in two equal installments by August 15th & November 15th.
  • Pay through the automatic withdrawal system (Finalsite Enrollment ) in eleven (11) equal installments from July through May. (There is a non-refundable yearly application fee of $35.00)

Fees

· One-time Finalsite Enrollment enrollment fee of $35

· Students in the 6th grade attend an outdoor camp and families are responsible for the costs associated with attending the camp (if scheduling and current health conditions allow participation). Detailed information on the cost per family for camp is sent out in the fall.

· The 8th-grade retreat requires a nominal fee.

Failure To Meet Contracted Financial Obligations

Failure to make full payments of tuition, to contribute regularly to the parish, or to meet fundraising obligations may have serious consequences. These include denial of student records, or it may even affect the child’s continued attendance at the school. St. Frances Cabrini School reserves the right to pursue any other action deemed appropriate.
