How to Enroll

St. Frances Cabrini School admits students without regard to race, color, sex, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students in the school. It does not discriminate in the administration of its policies. 
 
Students who are able to benefit from the programs provided by St. Frances Cabrini School shall be admitted on a space available, first come, first served basis within the following guidelines: 
 
• Current school families 
• Siblings of those students returning the following academic school year 
• Registered, active members of St. Frances Cabrini Parish 
• Registered families of another Catholic parish 
• Other Catholic families 
• Others who desire Catholic Christian Education and support a Christian way of life

Registration for New Families

Applications can be submitted anytime online; the earlier, the better to hold a spot in line. Applications are now open for the 2024- 2025 school year. There is an application fee of $50 that is paid online. The procedure for admissions is as follows:

PreKindergarten through Eighth Grade Applicants:

· Copy of Birth Certificate

· Certificate of Immunization Status

· Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

PreK 3 Applicants:

1. We ask that your child be 3 years old by August 31st for the current school year.

2. Applicant must be fully potty trained to be accepted.

3. Schedule a visit with the school.

4. Submit an online application, including a $50 fee.

5. Incoming PreK students are screened for a readiness assessment in mid-March. The assessment is not a test; it is used to determine whether a student is ready, socially and developmentally, for our Pre-kindergarten program. Through these assessments, teachers can identify the developmental ages of students. 

6. Registration is complete when the required documents are submitted, the enrollment fee is paid, and you are enrolled in the Finalsite Enrollment tuition payment plan.

PreKindergarten Applicants:

1. We ask that your child be 4 years old by August 31st for the current school year.

2. Applicant must be fully potty trained to be accepted.

6. Registration is complete when the required documents are submitted, the enrollment fee is paid, and you are enrolled in the Finalsite Enrollment tuition payment plan.

Kindergarten Applicants:

1. We ask that your child be 5 years old by August 31st of the desired school year.

2. Schedule a visit and submit an online application, including a $50 fee.

3. Incoming Kindergarten students are screened for a readiness assessment in mid-March. The assessment is not a test; it is used to determine whether a student is ready, socially and developmentally, for our Kindergarten program. Through these assessments, teachers can identify the developmental ages of students. 

4. Registration is complete when required documents are submitted, the enrollment fee is paid, and you are enrolled in the Finalsite Enrollment tuition payment plan.

First – Eighth Grade Applicants:

1. Schedule a visit and submit an online application, including a $50 fee.

2. Submit school records from prior school(s) within a week of application.

3. When openings are available after our April re-enrollment deadline, we will contact you to arrange a family interview and academic assessment for the student.

4. Notification of admission will be within one week of the interview.

5. Registration is complete when required documents are submitted, the enrollment fee is paid, and you are enrolled in the Finalsite Enrollment tuition payment plan.

Admission Calendar 2024-2025

December 16, 2023Financial Aid Application Deadline for 2024- 2025 school year for grades Kindergarten through 8th grade.
January 26, 2024Open House – visit classrooms, meet teachers and students, and see what makes our community special.
February 2024Re-enrollment for current families of St. Frances Cabrini School.
March-May 2024PreKindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st to 8th screening. 
April – August 2024New students’ open enrollment.
April – August 2024Registration for newly accepted students. Tuition contract and $300 non-refundable deposit deadline.

Application Process

Parent Tour: Submit the online application and supplemental documents. Includes a non-refundable $50 application fee (per student). For your convenience, this online system allows you to upload all additional required documentation as part of your student’s application.

Apply: St. Frances Cabrini School will schedule an assessment for your child/ren before acceptance and registration. This will be required for applicants in PreK through 8th grade. Assessments are used to learn more about a student’s learning profile.

Student Assessment: Before acceptance into the school, parents must present copies of the child’s report cards and test scores – report cards for two prior years, achievement and/or assessment scores, and other evaluations.

Age Eligibility for PreK & Kindergarten: A child must be 5 years old for Kindergarten, 3 years old for PreK 3 class, and 4 years old for PreK 4 class by August 31 immediately preceding the school year for which the student seeks to enroll. There are no exceptions to this requirement, and your child must be potty trained.
