Support the 21st Century Fund
An Endowment for Cabrini Students

The 21st Century Fund is a perpetual trust established in 1978. Formed as a Washington non-profit corporation, the Fund provides a long term financial base to ensure and enhance Catholic elementary education at St. Frances Cabrini School.
Contributions to the Endowment Fund are treated differently from other contributions to Cabrini School. These gifts are not spent on immediate needs. Rather, funds are placed in an investment trust. It is the earnings of the Fund's investments that do the good works:
- Help make Catholic education at Cabrini School affordable to families who need financial assistance
- Contribute funding to improve academic programs
- Provide funds for equipment and capital improvements
The 21st Century Endowment Fund welcomes your gift. This is a 501(c)(3 non-profit fund so all contributions are tax deductible at market value. We suggest you consult your tax advisor for guidance.
Special Ways to Help
- Gifts of appreciated securities and real estate: There are substantial tax advantages you can gain by contributing these assets to Cabrini School through the 21st Century Fund, An Endowment for Cabrini Students, rather than selling the assets and giving the proceeds. The Development office staff will put you in touch with a professional to help you.
- Wills: Giving through your will is simple and may save considerable estate taxes while supporting the good work of Cabrini School. The proceeds of bequests may be designated to our Endowment, and thus benefit Catholic Education for an enduring future.
- Life Insurance: If your paid-up life insurance policy no longer plays an important part in your estate planning goals, you can support future students when you make St. Frances Cabrini Students the beneficiary of your policy.
Your gift becomes a source of never-ending income.
- Create a living memorial for a loved one. The Fund's Named Endowments enable family and friends to create, and build over time, a perpetual remembrance -- one that in turn gives life to others. Note: please contact our Development Office (253-584-5748) regarding minimum funding requirements for this program.
- Honor a special occasion: birthday, graduation, anniversary or retirement. Gifts of any amount to the Fund are a great way to both acknowledge today's event and tomorrow's future.
- Show appreciation for Blessings. The Endowment Fund is an excellent way to "give back."
